| Ironman Lanzarote - German, Timo Bracht
took just 8.5 hours to complete the gruelling Lanzarote
Ironman course, the 20th running of the competition on the
island. British athelete Rachel Joyce won the Ironwomen race.
Not only did Timo smash the island record, a 70 year old (Peter
Dalkin) successfully completed the course competing against 1500
competetors. |
